fuck yeah vegan pizza

reblogged from wtfdoyoueatvegan:

Saturday breakfast was scrambled tofu at weaver st market in carborro, NC. lunch was two hard tacos at the armadillo grill, also in carborro. unfortunately i didn’t have my camera with me. Oops.
So dinner was my first gluten pizza in over a year. happy and confused that my gluten intolerance has gone into spontaneous remission. I’m still being careful, but I had no reaction to this delish pizza. yay! topped with soysage and onion.

Bonjour from Canada! The wife and I made three delicious vegan pizzas this weekend. All three started with our delicious homemade vegan crust and were baked on a pizza stone (thanks mom!).

Here’s the first scrumptious pizza:

caramelized onions and pine nutes

For this one, we caramelized some onions in a pan with olive oil, s&p and a bit of sweetener. Then we spread it on the crust and topped it with finely chopped sundried tomatoes, slices artichoke hearts and toasted pine nuts. Fancy!

Even our kitty wanted a slice:
