The tofu here was marinated overnight in Frank’s redhot, liquid smoke, balsamic vinegar and soy milk. The sauce is a purée of spinach, cashews, coconut milk, basil, salt/pepper. Topped with Daiya, mushrooms and artichokes. unf.
