My pizza is made with a homemade base, fresh tomato and basil sauce, vegan mozzarella cheese made with tofu and I’ve topped it with ribbons of fresh courgette, black olives, artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes.
I ate every slice with several dashes of Tabasco and saved a few to have cold for breakfast.
