First pizza of the new year! It had been way too long since my last pizza and when I made this one, I wanted it to be special. Usually, I make a lot of veggie pizzas, but I wanted something different.
This pizza is topped with Daiya mozzarella, vegan pepperonis from Tofurky and tempeh sausage crumbles. It turned out to be absolutely delicious, and this is by far the most beautiful pizza I’ve ever baked. <3
This pizza is godly on the tastebuds. Garlic + herb wrap for the base, tomato paste w/ dijon mustard sauce, cheezly mature cheddar, tofurky, veganaise. Occasionally we’ll add tomato. Voila.
