Vegan deep dish I made from scratch, Lou Malnati’s style! I topped it with spinach, mushrooms, garlic basil pesto, artichoke hearts, tofu ricotta, thick tomato sauce and crushed almonds for parmesan. The crust was aaaaalmost spot on to Lou’s and it didn’t collapse under the weight of toppings! The only thing that could’ve made it better would’ve been friends to share it with ):
Yesterday’s cheeky dinner! Strawberry,cucumber and baby spinach salad with balsamic And then an amazing mini piza with a sundries tomato/capsicum pesto base topped with rocket, capsicum, tomato avocado tofu, purple onion cracked pepper and oregano. So good.

today i made four different kinds of vegan pizza 1) figs and fresh tomatoes 2) eggplant 3) tofu & onions 4) spinach it was SOOO SOOO good, omg. since i live in germany, i used the vegan cheese from “wilmersburger” :) perfect pizza was perfect *YUM*
Vegan buffalo wing pizza with blue cheese crumbles.
I adapted the following recipe, http://keepinitkind.com/buffalo-cauliflower-wing-pizza-with-tofu-blue-cheese-spread. I used a regular pizza sauce mixed topped with daiya and the blue cheese crumbles then topped with the cauliflower buffalo wings covered in Wegman’s buffalo wing sauce.
My sunday lunch: zucchini, mushrooms, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, tofu “cheese” and green pepper…yum!
