How do you celebrate getting in to university? With pizza, of course!
I went to The Chapel with my friends Beth and Saskia for a post-results celebration meal and had this delicious pizza. The dough was soft and fluffy, with a tomato base, slow roasted vine tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms and fresh basil. Somehow I managed to eat every slice bar one as well as some house fries (which were some of the best darn fries ever - my favourite unhealthy food is definitely fries. Can’t get enough of them ‘tater sticks!) and now my tum is suitably full! :D
