I made the greatest vegan pizza in the world yesterday.

PROTIP: Find a bread machine at the goodwill for cheap like I did and use it for all dough making purposes.

For the toppings I used some trader joe’s basil marinara I had left along with their own brand of vegan cheese (it tastes just like galaxy brand cheese except shredded finer) and mixed with with Daiya mozzarella for the ultimate stretch. I also used tofurky brand pepperoni (Man that stuff is so real), onions, green peppers, and black olives to seal the deal.

Did you ever watch Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as a kid and wish pizza was really THAT fucking rad?

Turtle Power

…’cause I did.

PIZZA CUPCAKES TURTLE POWER!
People who live in Austin are so lucky, in general, because it has amazing food and the nicest fucking vegans I’ve ever met — that Includes the absolutely lovely dynamo Kristen Davenport of Austin’s Capital City Bakery. According to reliable and lazy sources, Capital City Bakery has some DAMN TASTY sweet treats and uh, it’s enough to almost get me on a place to go out there and eat everything.
Oh well, add it to the list of reasons Austin is the greatest and we should all move there immediately as soon as they get a giant airconditioner to cool the city year round. With global warming, that might be sooner than we think!
