First Vegan Pizza Day, First vegan pizza with cheese
I was very excited for vegan pizza day, it’s my first :) I was planning on going to Pala Pizza but I wasn’t able to. I did go to Lula’s Sweet Apothecary though. After seeing that Whole Foods had a sale on French bread, I decided I’d just make some pizza at home. I also picked up some Ives pepperoni. I had the rest of the ingredients at home.
So my pizza isn’t very fancy, just organic French bread, Galaxy mozz, Ives pepperoni, mushrooms and sweet peppers. But it sure was yummeh!
I regrets nothing :3

Carmelized Onions and Mushroom Pizza
Made with a local Philadelphia crust with some Wegman’s mushroom tomato sauce, covered in Daiya, sauteed mushrooms, onions, sweet peppers, and covered in Twin Oaks brand vegetarian breakfast soysage. Sprinkled with some basil, oregano, and garlic salt, this pizza came out better than almost any I have ever tasted.
