Bit of a last minute, fridge/pantry scavenged vegan pizza haha
Has some veggies and pineapple with some organic tofu marinated in sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and a bit of lemon juice.
**edit: this is AMAZING the next day, out of the fridge.

Thai Pizza (Vegan)
There’s this restaurant back home in St. Louis Missouri called Thai Pizza. They serve Thai Pizza there. I’m not exactly sure what that is- I’ve never had it, since it isn’t vegan. But pizza and Thai food are like my two favorite things, so I decided I would try it at home. I’m pretty proud of what I came up with.
It’s fried tofu with broccolini in spices and dark Thai soy sauce, covered in Mozzarella Daiya and Sriracha on a homemade crust. I’m not sure if I can actually call it Thai, but it has Thai soy sauce in it, so there.
This is probably the best thing I’ve ever made. However, you can see all my food porn here.
