There’s this restaurant back home in St. Louis Missouri called Thai Pizza. They serve Thai Pizza there. I’m not exactly sure what that is- I’ve never had it, since it isn’t vegan. But pizza and Thai food are like my two favorite things, so I decided I would try it at home. I’m pretty proud of what I came up with.
It’s fried tofu with broccolini in spices and dark Thai soy sauce, covered in Mozzarella Daiya and Sriracha on a homemade crust. I’m not sure if I can actually call it Thai, but it has Thai soy sauce in it, so there.
This is probably the best thing I’ve ever made. However, you can see all my food porn here.
[I’ve been saving this gif for a special pizza, and I think this is THE ONE!
Give it up for veganeurotica, people! - ed.]

Pizza Two: BBQ Seitan, Eggplant Bacon

[Eggplant bacon?!? Must try! I wonder how it’d work with zucchini? I usually have a garden full of ginormous green and yellow squashes come summertime. (Ah, summertime, how I miss you so.) Thanks for the inspiration, ace138! - ed.]
