This week’s Pizza: Palak Paneer Pizza
This pizza was really awesome! So awesome we’re gonna share the recipe! But first a little bit about the pizza: The pizza dough for this was the usual homemade vegan pizza dough with about a teaspoon of turmeric (the crust is made yellow from this). Instead of a sauce base this pizza uses the palak paneer as a base. Then vegan cheese was used to kind of hold everything together.
Nifty Pizza #14 - Indiana
Indiana Pizza, based off of the famous Indiana Dish, Onion Pie! A savory pie made with onions, bacon, eggs, and cheese - totally veganized!
This pizza is topped with cheesy sauce, tofu scramble, vegan bacon, and daiya…all smothered in a delicious vegan ranch dressing (recipe included).

Creamy mashed potatoes sit in a delicious deep crust, topped with melty Daiya, sweet, salty homemade bacon bits, and a dollop of non-dairy sour cream. Delicious, comforting, and another excuse to make pizza! Recipe @ vegan nachos!

Tomato and Basil Tart, by What The Hell Does A Vegan Eat Anyway?
A simple tart — a puff pastry sheet with a base of pureed tofu, vegan sour cream, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, parsley & Daiya layered on top with the last of the tomatoes, salt & pepper.
After baking for about 20-25 minutes in a 425F oven, the tart was gently removed from the pan and the basil was spread on top.
You will give me all of this please?
Tofu Sour Cream & Potato Pizza

My home-made pizza smothered in mushroom sauce, paprika baked potatoes, mushrooms, red onion and all topped with a tofu sour cream and chives sauce.
