Starting off 2012 with a vegan pizza.
- Added fresh garlic cloves, thyme, parsley and some garlic powder to the dough.
Toppings:
- Tomato+sunroast tomato sauce.
- Velami (v salami style)
- Red bell pepper.
- Chestnut mushrooms.
- Red onion.
- Shallots.
- Mozzarella style cheese.
- Bunch of herbs.
Freshly made dough (with added dry basil and minced garlic - try this sometime!), crushed tomatoes, MORE fresh garlic, vegan ‘smoked salami’, TWO types of onion (Red and Shallot. Because serious business and onion is amazing), Chopped green bell pepper and one side with chestnut mushrooms, herbs de provence (because we’re fancy like that) and topped with cheezly mozzarella style.
Second time making vegan pizza from scratch. Never going to stop.
