First: Marghereta with home grown cherry tomatoes, cheezly mozzarella and lots of basil
Second: My version of a ‘supreme’ with Redwood salami slices, Cheezly mozzarella, kalamatta olives and green capsicum
Third: Pizza with artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, kalamatta olives, basil and a touch of blue style Sheese
Bases all made with Peter Reinhart’s recipe from artisan breads every day. It’s a lovely, thin crispy one.
