soooo impressed with THE REDWOOD CO. vegan pizza’s! was super excited to see them in my local holland and barratt i went straight home to have one! I added toppings to a simple ‘cheeze and tomato’ and oh my it was delicious! so impressed they taste amazing :D
 (ps my photo makes mine look really burnt but it was not lol!)

Been meaning to make our own pizzas FOREVER, finally got down to it last night!
L-R
Aubergine, olives, garlic mushrooms, pesto and mozzarella
Butternut squash, chillis, spinach and mozzarella 
Garlic mushrooms, pepperoni, olives, chillis and mozzarella
We used Cheezly Mozzarella and Redwood pepperoni, the sauce was made from chopped tinned tomatoes, garlic, onions, balsamic vinegar, pesto and basil and the bases were Biona Spelt. SO GOOD!

Here’s a 100% Vegan pizza I made today consisting of Fresh Mushrooms, Spinach, Red Bell Pepper, Zuchinni, Onion, Beef Heart Tomato, Pineapple, Redwood Pepperoni Style and Tofutti Creamy Smooth Mozarella Style.

First time that I was trying both the vegan Pepperoni and Shredded vegan cheese from Tofutti and I must say those are good products, the pepperoni added a little spice to it and the vegan cheese tasted really good and melted beautifully, I totally recommend them :).

My pizza was delicious

My dear readers, as you can see the great British summer she has returned! Yes, as I type this midday Sunday I am sitting comfortably in my jammies with a splendid cup o’ hot black coffee (damn good coffee, and HOT) while the rain falls outside…… My friends across the pond may (or may not) realise that this splendid jubilee celebration weekend, more importantly than anything else, gives me 4 straight free days off work. I am celebrating by sitting in my PJs past 12pm and reminiscing about last night’s dinner…. In addition to Fajita Friday, Saturday has recently been assigned a weekly dish in our house. PIZZA NIGHT….

If you have a bread machine in your kitchen and you don’t use it to make pizza dough at least once a week…….WHY NOT?
