Making delicious vegan pizzas has become a weekly thing in our house! A little experimentation here- one ‘Regular’ pizza and one pizza-pie with extra long crusts for delish dipping purposes!
Home-made pizza dough: Flour (sifted) with fresh yeast, sugar, water, salt and a little olive oil. A spicy tomato sauce with onions, garlic, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, basil, oregano and a dash of chilli. Topped with Redwood Mozzarella AND some specially imported Daiya (snuck a few packets back in my suitcase after an American trip!). Toppings were: pineapple, olives, sweetcorn, BBQ Seitan (homemade) and some Redwood pepperoni slices. Yumz!
