Detroit-Style Deep Dish Pizza
Features of Detroit-style pizza:
2) thick, chewy crust
3) sauce goes on top
We use a Bob’s Red Mill GF crust mix and filled it with caramelized onions, sliced roma tomatoes, basil, FYH mozzarella and a sauce with lots of spices and some homemade pumpkin puree (we have a lot leftover, so why not?).
