Potato Spice Pizza
I actually made the dough from scratch. It was hard work! Lol, I did not expect to put so much effort into making dough. Toppings were: potatoes, onions, garlic, thyme, rosemary, olive oil.
It was better than yesterday’s meal by far. I found it very heavy though, too much carbs but very good nonetheless.

Potato pizza, my favorite.

My second time having pizza this weekend, decided to try something different than the usual tomato sauce and cheese. It had basil-pesto, garlic, beyond meat, potatoes, mushrooms, kale, cilantro, and a tiny bit of daiya cheese, on top of multi-grain dough. It was amazing and didn’t last for more than five minutes!

vegan pizza brunch with the crush this morning/afternoon, here’s what we made:
tofu scramble and white gravy pizza
pizza with buffalo chick’n, spinach, and a ranch cream cheese sauce
herb roasted potatoes
salad

goodness gracious. savory brunches for life y’all.

Okay well the pizzas baking in my oven right now look like dog vomit next to the awesomeness that are these brunch pizzas.

Gonna go eat my pain now. LITERALLY.

(Still delicious.)
