More heart-shaped pizzas!
We were feeling too lazy to do much for dinner, so the husband and I* made some quickie pita pizzas. Because pizza is totes my Valentine, we made miniature heart-shaped pizzas using a cookie cutter. It’s pretty simple; just cut a heart into the pita bread after defrosting it in the microwave, while it’s still warm and soft. Then keep the two pieces together while adding toppings and baking, and separate them after the pizza cools.
Now all I need is a teeny-tiny heart-shaped cookie cutter, so I can make delicious, meaty little hearts of my Smart Pepperoni!
* By which I mean the husband. Mostly I just supervised. Hey, that’s a job!
