Hummus pizza! I finally tried it and IT IS EVERYTHING I DREAMED OF. With mozzarella Daiya, sundried tomatoes, black olives, and roasted red pepper hummus, all on a piece of pita bread for quick snacking.

I had a sweet pitta pizza for lunch. :3 I used blueberry jam as the sauce, grated apple as the cheese, dried figs as pepperoni, dates as olives and banana as… Um chicken? Some other pizza topping anyways. lol

p.s. today I also found some pitas so I made PITA PIZZA with roasted beet, eggplant, tomato, and onion. I even splurged and got daiya cheddar just for the occasion. NO REGRETS.

So, I was at my mom’s office doing some secretarial work while they all went out for lunch. I asked my mom to bring me something back. So she texts me saying “I got you some hummus and pita bread.” And I was kinda like.. I love hummus… but.. meh. I kinda wanted something warm and yummy. She brings me this. This hot, crispy, soft pita with AMAZING garlic hummus and arugula and tomatoes. Seriously, best lunch ever.
