![I harvested dill from my front porch container garden and added it to the crust. I used organic basil and sun dried tomato sauce and added portobello mushrooms, broccoli, and snow peas. Then, I topped it off with Follow Your Heart Monterey Jack. YUM! Washed it down with my home brew apple cider.

Tofu and Greens Gluten Free Pizza
Using a brown rice wrap as the crust, I made a tofu ricotta with tofu and sundried tomato, garlic, and spices, and topped that with spinach, pineapple, bok choy, green cabbage, snow peas, some basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes.

mmmm, my local health food store finally got some daiya “cheese” back in stock. we decided to celebrate by buying 8 bags and making some good ol’ vegan pizza. red onions, red pepper and snow peas. nom, nom, nom.
