in portland i got a vegan brunch pizza from sizzle pie: white bean and shallot spread, hash browns, tofu scramble, green onion and bacon bits but everything in moderation. What a truly great idea. of course i forgot to take a picture before we ate it all…

Artichoke hearts, broccoli, almond w/ pesto base.
Internet going extremely slow so I can’t look up their menu names, but we’ll live.
If any vegans come to Portland, look me up cuz I will eat this all day.
my first post-trip meal! ranjan treated me to the best SE vegan lunch; my vegan pizza from pyro’s, his vegan burrito from el brassero, and our vegan cookie and cupcake from sweet pea. was a very happy easter indeed.

Vegan gluten-free Pizza Nova with Daiya added after delivery! (Canada)
Honestly the crust was way too hard and crunchy. Good gluten-free pizza crust is hard find.
For those in Portland, Oregon, the gluten-free pizza at Sizzle Pie is awesome. Full out Vegan pizzas too. Even a vegan breakfast pizza, and vegan caesar salad! Absolutely delicious!
Depicted in this photo however, was an ok pizza, with spinach, red onions, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, and Daiya cheese.
