Ahhhhh. The best pizza I have ever eaten. Bisquick pizza crust, edges stuff with motzz Daiya and seasoned asparagus, then roasted garlic pizza sauce, onion, red, yellow, and orange pepper, spinach, asparagus, mushroom and (of course) Daiya! So good. I think I’m gonna make another tomorrow! <3
Sorry for the crappy quality! My camera died.
[omg, the jealousy! MUST HAVE THIS FOR MY OWN. You are a genius, Aly, a GENIUS!* - ed.
* Flattery will totally work right?]

Pizza and calzones? Shit just got real, y’all.

Also, I can only assume that whateveryoneismadeof = PIZZA!

ALWAYS LOVE ME SOME VEGAN PIZZA AND CALZONES.

The key is to simply load on the veggies. Just load ‘em on. Don’t worry if they’re going to fall off or be difficult to eat: that can be overcome with just a little fork and knife if necessary.

These puppies had tomato sauce, onion, garlic, orange pepper, broccoli, basil, spinach, and Tofurky Italian Sausage. Ben and I made these a few days ago with his pizza stone and his brand new pizza paddle. Pizza is a classic meal that we make together, and every time we do it we seem to learn something new about how to make the process easier.

What we’ve discovered:
-the pizza paddle is fantastic.
-Bake the dough for about 5 minutes before any sauce or toppings are on it.
-Don’t roll the dough too thin.
-Most important of all: put cornmeal underneath the crust, both on the paddle and on the stone. It will act like little wheels and allow you to smoothly slide your pizza into the oven.

I am completely satisfied with a pizza with only veggies - but it is nice to have something creamy on there as a cheese substitute. Avocado works fantastically, as well as fake cheesy sauce. Recipe for that coming real soon..

Amoeba-shaped vegan pizza nom! Baking and biology on one plate!

Vegan pizza left overs. OH YEAAAA. Olive oil, flour, yeast, water, sugar for base. Tinned tomatoes, onion, garlic, herbs boiled n blended for sauce. Topping = peppers (orange, red, yellow), black olives, onion, cherry tomatoes, vegan ‘mozzarella cheese’ slices
