Cheddar Bacon Cheeseburger & Fries Pizza, y’all! I wanted to make this today, but the husband - who loves his seasonal holiday foods - nixed the idea. Instead we compromised on these epic looking Thanksgiving Burgers, and made the pizza over the weekend.
But you should totally bake up one of these bad boys and take it to grandma’s house so you can impress your defensive omni family with the awesomeness that is vegan junk food. It’ll make their dead turkey look like chopped liver.

Dinner tonight: pizza with daiya mozzarella, tempeh bacon, sweet onion and sweet basil from my patio garden. So delicious.

I went to Pazzo with my sis for dinner. There veg pizza is basically the only vegan item on their menu. Thankfully, it’s so freaking delicious. Packing some up to bring to work tomorrow.

Fresh pressed garlic, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, tomato, and vegan ricotta
What is special about this pizza is the crust. About a month ago I became really interested in harvesting wild sourdough yeast from my local environment. I made a starter about a month ago and this was the first dough I’ve made since I started my yeast culture.
It was delicious.
[That is so cool, Mike! And here I could hardly get my tomato plants to put out last year. - ed.]
This is my homemade IRISH NACHO PIZZA!!!! That is right…Irish Nacho Pizza. I started off with a bisquick beer deep dish crust with italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Daiya Cheddar Cheese mixed in. Then on top of that glorious crust I put spicy hot salsa to replace the tomato sauce, I then put a layer of daiya pepper jack and cheddar, then covered that with baked sliced potatoes..covered that in more daiya cheese and then vegan ground beef and bacon pieces and some green onions, then more potatoes, cheese, ground beef, bacon, and green onions. What’s not shown is the vegan ranch dressing put on top. This was a project I was very proud of and me and my friend could only eat one slice each, it was gigantic lol. Hope the pictures look as good as it tasted ;)

Sammy’s Woodfired Veggie Vegan Pizza

[AIN’T NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT! This veggie? Via Sophie! - ed.]
really delicious homemade pizza dough, some random cheap store brand pizza sauce topped with tons of crushed red pepper and italian type spices, roasted heirloom tomatoes, caramelized onions, portobello mushrooms, & mozzarella daiya. Eaten with sriracha on top because I put that stuff on everything!
[LIKE I WASN’T HUNGRY ENOUGH ALREADY! This looks incredible, yowuzzzup. Well done! - ed.]
omg you guys, I’m working on a “breakfast” pizza right now and jkshdgds!
I’d still like to experiment with a few different prep methods before posting a proper recipe, but the first try (pictured above) consists of a fluffy white pizza crust, brushed with a few tablespoons of margarine (softened at room temp) and topped with garlic salt, a layer of cheddar Daiya cheese, fried Lightlife Smart Links, hash browns, and a second layer of cheese on top. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes and then fall into your soft bed of carb-on-carb pizza action. (Pssst! Daiya is your comforter!)
Warning: do not operate heavy machinery while eating this pizza! You WILL shoot someone’s eye out.
Ninja pizza needs no added commentary!
Spicy Vegan Pizza. Artichokes, vegan cheese, yellow bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and oh, three fresh habanero peppers and some hot sauce. And all the veggies and the dough are organic.
Ninja Pizza. Pizza that vanish quickly without trace.
Looks like Halloween!

White Pizza with Sweet Potato and Caramelized Onions
This is another recipe from Nava Atlas’ cookbook “Vegan Express.” The pureed tofu tasted like cream cheese after being baked. This pizza receives a thumbs-up from my husband and me.
