Vegan lavash pizza I made a few months ago. Threw a bunch of leftovers with roasted tomato hummus on lavash bread, stuck it in the oven for 10 minutes and wala— that’s how it’s done.

MY GYRO PIZZA
You guys!!! MAJOR YUM-TOWN!!!
GARLIC HUMMUS BASE + SPINACH + KALAMATAS + RED ONIONS + CRUMBLED FALAFEL + MINCED GARLIC + SPICES (cumin, black pepper, lime juice, onion powder) + DICED TOMATOES. VEGAN TZAZIKI (made with plain soy yogurt) drizzled on after it came out of the oven!
The falafel was just store-bought dehydrated stuff that I rehydrated and added spices to. I drizzled a bit of olive oil all over the pie before putting it into the oven to make sure the falafel didn’t dry out too much. The tzaziki helped with that, too. Seriously this mmmight be my flava-fave pie I’ve ever tasted/made.

Vegan taco pizza, made by my own little hands. Whole wheat crust, black bean hummus, taco seasoned Boca crumbles, taco sauce, Galaxy vegan Mexican shreds, a light sprinkling of Daiya pepperjack shreds, onion, bellpepper, roasted red peppers. With fresh butter lettuce and fresh tomatoes for toppings. Mmm. :)

Hummus pizza! I finally tried it and IT IS EVERYTHING I DREAMED OF. With mozzarella Daiya, sundried tomatoes, black olives, and roasted red pepper hummus, all on a piece of pita bread for quick snacking.
This was so tasty we were shouting “CALL THE POLICE THIS PIZZA IS TOO FUCKING GOOD” over and over again in drunken joy.
Whole wheat crust, home-made hummus, portabello mushrooms, zucchini, sundried tomatoes, kale, and stuffed manzanilla olives with a generous sprinkle of chilli flakes. Nom!

The first Vegan Council Dinner of the year was a success! We made some super delicious pizzas. One with Field Roast sausage, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, spinach, tomato sauce, and tofu ricotta. One that was Turkish themed with hummus, crumbled falafel, and onion. And one that was Japanese themed with seaweed and Japanese seasoning.

So, I was at my mom’s office doing some secretarial work while they all went out for lunch. I asked my mom to bring me something back. So she texts me saying “I got you some hummus and pita bread.” And I was kinda like.. I love hummus… but.. meh. I kinda wanted something warm and yummy. She brings me this. This hot, crispy, soft pita with AMAZING garlic hummus and arugula and tomatoes. Seriously, best lunch ever.
