Okay, that’s it. I think it’s time for me to make pizza again. Maybe this weekend. Oh wait, it’s Christmas haha. Oh still, you can eat pizza wherever and whenever.
Seriously though, we may or may not have pizza for x-mas (or fmas, as it’s known ‘round these parts); the menu’s still up for debate. Normally I make a pan of lasagna, which is both delicious and a nod to our Noodly Mistress - but I just made a ton of baked penne (some of which went on a pizza, natch!) this past weekend and don’t wanna get sick of the stuff. Poor timing much?
I’m thinking of a tater tot casserole, which is a) easy, b) yummy, and c) classy! (Bonus points: it also makes an excellent pizza topping!) But pizza’s a definitely possibility. Maybe it’s finally time to perfect that cheesy hash brown pizza?
