Vegan pizza toast, best kind of toast in the ‘verse!

Vegan pizza sammiches! yeyuh! Today, I decided to make me some vegan pizza. Easier said than done when nobody’s been grocery shoppin’ since last monday. So, I did the next best thing.
preheat oven to 400. Git yer bread. spread on some tomato sauce. smoosh some Gimme Lean into a patty shape. Plonk that down. Sprinkle a few capers on top (if you like capers. I Love them but my mom hates them. It’s a problem.) Sprinkle Daiya on top. I’ve been on a daiya hype for a while now (I did a little dance when I heard they were gonna make it cubes soon). Bake ‘em for 10-20 mins. Get your nom on.

Jalapeno and Red Sweet Peppers, Capers, Calamata Olives, Onions, Pan Toasted Garlic Crisps, Oregano, Basil and Soy Mozzarella on a Cornmeal Coated Crust.

This pizza rocked my pants.
Dough recipe: Master Recipe from Artisan Pizza and Flatbread in 5 Minutes a Day. Sauce recipe from Vegan with a Vengeance (plus extra garlic) because Isa knows pizza. Topping recipe from my brain.
Toppings: Daiya mozzarella, caramelized onions (holy fuck amazing sweet onions touched by angels), capers, and roasted red peppers. And a spritz of meyer lemon post oven-time.
Oh, and that’s me kicking ass at making pizzas.
