Not for the viewing pleasure of the anti-Daiya crowd. I keep putting off making more homemade vegan mozz. Capers, nutritional yeast, and sriracha. I love capers so much.

Moroccan style
Tomato sauce with harissa , hummous, aubergine, baby yellow squash, onions, capers. Lasted nearly five minutes.
I’m getting so good at these vegan pizzas. Don’t even remember what was on this cos I had so many different toppings including Cheesly and Tesco Vegan cheese; black olives, capers, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, cashews, jalepenos, garlic, herbs, baby spinach etc. etc.

yum, everyone really liked this one: sundried tomatoes, capers, red bell pepper, and kale that i’d massaged with olive oil, salt, and pepper. the kale was just perfect, tender with a crisp at the edges.

Vegan personal thin crust pizza
Whole wheat crust with garlic, basil, cayenne, Montreal steak spice (I actually love that stuff)
Topped with tomato sauce, red peppers, spinach, mushrooms, capers, broccoli, chickpeas and daiya.
And I ate the whole thing.
I had some leftover pizza from The Joint Pizzeria - spinach, artichoke heart, tomato, mozzarella Daiya, and basil pesto drizzle. I decided to spice it up with some Tofurkey italian sausage, capers, and cheddar Daiya. Double the deliciousness!

Vegan pizza toast, best kind of toast in the ‘verse!

Vegan pizza sammiches! yeyuh! Today, I decided to make me some vegan pizza. Easier said than done when nobody’s been grocery shoppin’ since last monday. So, I did the next best thing.
[unnecessary] Directions:
preheat oven to 400. Git yer bread. spread on some tomato sauce. smoosh some Gimme Lean into a patty shape. Plonk that down. Sprinkle a few capers on top (if you like capers. I Love them but my mom hates them. It’s a problem.) Sprinkle Daiya on top. I’ve been on a daiya hype for a while now (I did a little dance when I heard they were gonna make it cubes soon). Bake ‘em for 10-20 mins. Get your nom on.

Homemade basil yeast crust
super-garlicky tomato sauce
roasted red peppers
caramelized onions, yumm
capers
soysage
daiya mozzeralla
so delicious! Sicilian style, puttanesca-inspired with carmelized onions and soysage! The daiya cheese melted up and was so gooey.

idk about y’all, but I love a nice, gooey, cheesy pie!

This pizza rocked my pants.
Dough recipe: Master Recipe from Artisan Pizza and Flatbread in 5 Minutes a Day. Sauce recipe from Vegan with a Vengeance (plus extra garlic) because Isa knows pizza. Topping recipe from my brain.
Toppings: Daiya mozzarella, caramelized onions (holy fuck amazing sweet onions touched by angels), capers, and roasted red peppers. And a spritz of meyer lemon post oven-time.




Oh, and that’s me kicking ass at making pizzas.
