vegan asparagus and mushroom tart
puff pastry ( pepperidge farm brand is vegan!) filled with caramelized red onions and mushrooms, asparagus, and trader joes vegan mozzarella. topped with an agave- mustard glaze and thinly sliced tomatoes.
I love everything you choose to be.
Holy fucking crap look at the vegan pizza my grandma and I just fucking hand made.
Gah it was so good, basically a salad on top of the pizza because the toppings were:
-tomatoes
-olives
-artichoke hearts
-asparagus
-red onion
-mushrooms
-vegan mozzarella/jack cheese blend.I love cooking so much. Sheesh.

HOLY EFF. We’ve been struck by Cupid’s vegan arrow. This white pizza made with Victoria Vegan Alfredo sauce is so easy, yet mindblowingly appetizing. Click here or above for the recipe!

The world of Vegan PIZZA!
Vegan crust (I didn’t use honey)
Grilled eggplant
Grilled zucchini
Grilled roma tomatoes
Grilled onion
Grilled red peppers
Grilled Asparagus
Nutritional Yeast
Daiya Cheese
Organic tomato sauce (canned)
Italian seasoningDirections: Roll out your dough. Assemble pizza. Top with cheese (or nutritional yeast) and italian seasoning. Baked in a 400-degree oven until crust is brown and cooked all the way through. Tah-dah! You’ve got AWESOME pizza and it’s vegan. And, as always, cover it in sriracha.
This isn’t pizza, it’s a work of art!
You had me at “Vegan Pizza Day”!
just in time for vegan pizza day, mohawk bend in echo park has changed their menu and rolled out some new and exciting vegan pizzas. we hit them up yesterday and tried what turned out to be the best pie i’ve eaten in ages: asparagus and potato with caramelized onions, garlic, and leek purée. genius!
they also have a new VEGAN BANH MI pizza that comes with tofu and sriracha aioli. you know that’s what i’m getting next time.

I made a roasted asparagus and red pepper pizza (with homemade crust)! Normally I use nutritional yeast instead of daiya cheese but I felt like going all out this time.
[Wow does this look good. Also it doesn’t help that so far today I’ve only had a bowl of oatmeal and a handful of blueberries and am soooo huuungry! That settles it, pizza for dinner. Thanks, Nina! - ed.]
The Night of Four Pizzas

reblogged from maddegoesvegan:
Why make one big pizza, when you could make four mini ones?! This was probably one of the funnest dinners I’ve ever made. My friend Erin and I came up with a few ideas, improvised a lot, and this was our end result.
PIZZA ONE: Simple Pesto
Pesto sauce, cherry tomato slices and thinly sliced basil
PIZZA TWO: Summer Sizzlin’
Olive oil, mango chunks, red peppers, green peppers and yellow peppers
PIZZA THREE: Greens on Greens
Pizza sauce, wilted spinach and asparagus with extra garlicPIZZA FOUR: DESSERT
Agave syrup, peaches, mango, cinnamon and sugar

Pizzagram:
Home-made base, tomato purée, mashed sweet potato, green beans, onion, corn, yellow pepper, tomato and asparagus pentagram. Topped with cayenne pepper.

Three, foot-long pizzas from Pala, New York City. From closest to the camera to furthest away:
- The Asparagi (Field Roast Italian veggie sausage, asparagus, cherry tomato sauce and Daiya cheese)
- The Etna (eggplant, cherry tomato sauce, Daiya cheese/FYH soy mozzarella blend and basil)
- The Funghi e Salsiccia (Field Roast veggie sausage, field mushrooms, Daiya cheese and hot pepper)
I think I just had a vegasm, especially for that Asparagi number. Which one would you get?
All of the above?
Pizza with homemade tomato sauce, asparagus, zucchini, roasted potatoes, tempeh bacon, and Daiya. Nom nom!

Some Asperagus Pizza to Offset a Snowy Day
I think the title says it all!

Here’s a link to it on my blog, if anyone is interested!
[Snow, oh noes! It’s snowing here too, but yesterday it was almost 70F. What’s up with that Al Roker?
Thanks for sharing, Natalia! I totally recognized your plate, is that weird and creepy? - ed.]
