Super easy leftovers-on-a-bagel minipizza I made tonight after coming home from work. Lightly toasted a bagel with some olive oil and sea salt (olive oil misters are your best friend!), and chopped up some sauteed swiss chard and a piece of fried tofu really fine while that was in the oven. Mixed the topping with some nutritional yeast and garlic powder, topped it with soy cheese, and popped it back in the toaster to warm up/melt. It’s lucky I spent so much time fiddling with the white balance because otherwise I’d have burned my mouth so bad…this was IRRESISTIBLY delicious
