fuck yeah vegan pizza

Socca Pizza:

Socca crust:

mix together 1 cup garbanzo flour, 1 cup water, dash of salt. Let sit for 30 minutes until it thickens.

Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a round pan in oven at 375 degrees. Pour socca into hot oil (it should sizzle) and bake for about 10-15 minutes.

Toppings:

Homemade tomato sauce - 3 tomatoes halved, 1 onion quartered, 1 clove of garlic still in skin. Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 45 minutes on 300 degrees. Place all ingredients in blender, add 1 tbsp. chopped basil, dash of salt and 1 tbsp. tomato paste

Spinach (tip: I put the spinach down on the crust first, before the tomato sauce, because it tends to stop the sauce from soaking into the crust)

Onion

Broccoli

Chopped tomato

Green peppers

Hummus ‘cheese’ sauce - 2 tbsp. hummus, 1 tsp. water, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. nutritional yeast

Bake pizza in oven for about 20-25 minutes.
