Pitta pizza is the best invention ever! Bread + whatever you have lying about the fridge = pizza! What could be easier or better? Both slices have vegan pesto, tomato sauce and mushrooms, but I went wild and mixed it up a little so the first slice has sliced black olives and Redwoods soya-free cheddar Cheezly and the second has kale and caramelised-onion houmous. Well tasty!!
