re: meltability issues, I’ve found that the mozzarella Follow Your Heart melts better than the cheddar, at least in the oven. Stove top, the cheddar makes one wicked creamy cheese sauce! Also, while Daiya melts readily (in the oven or on the stove top), it does stay a little “stringy” like dairy cheese; on the other hand, when cooked under the right conditions, mozz FYH can turn to liquid. Molten hot deliciousness, that’s what I’m talking about!
So I’m partial to both brands, is what I’m saying.

I am trying Vegan Gourmet’s Follow Your Heart Cheddar Cheeze for the first time.
The cheeze looks too much like carrots. It tastes pretty good, but does not melt as well as daiya.
I normally make better pizza than this, but I was lazy.
