![this was probably my favourite vegan pizza day 2012 pizza. i cut the smoked tofu into pizza hut style ham rectangles and added pineapple and mushroom with mozza daiya for a blast from the past. this was still an artisan style thin crust, low cheese pizza, and with a nice rich simple sauce.
