Hey guys! This week we’ll be giving away one copy of The Allergy-Free Cook Bakes Bread: Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free by Laurie Sadowski - again courtesy of the nice people at the Book Publishing Company!

All the recipes are vegan - obviously! - and include both sweet and savory quick and yeast breads. There may be a few pizza crust recipes in there too! Also: focaccia, breadsticks, scones, gingerbread, and crackers. And of course you can make any bread into a quick toaster pizza. Vegan ingenuity at its finest, folks.

You can enter to win one of three ways:
