I make a pizza at least once a week and lately have been reading Peter Reinhart’s book, American Pie: My Search for the Perfect Pizza. Nothing specifically vegan about it, but has lots of good techniques & ideas to perfect my weekly vegan pizzas!
Homemade “NY style” dough, Trader Joe’s Pizza sauce, topped with red onions, roasted garlic, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes & kalamata olives, with arugula & balsamic reduction drizzle added after cooking.
