People! I am super-excited to bring you the first ever giveaway here on fuck yeah vegan pizza! (The first of many, I hope! Big things, I said I was working on ‘em!)

Up for grabs today is a copy of Jo Stepaniak’s The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook: Delicious Dairy-Free Cheeses and Classic “Uncheese” Dishes. This was one of the first cookbooks I bought after going vegetarian (and eventually vegan), and I still own a copy of the original, awesome hot pink cover and all! With recipes for all sorts of noochy deliciousness - cheeses, dips, spreads, soups, pasta dishes, and of course CALZONES and PIZZAS! - this cookbook is sure to please any a nutritional yeast-loving vegan. And really, what vegan doesn’t get all weak in the knees when it comes to nutritional yeast?

- The baked mac and cheese? You simply must put in on a pizza and send me a picture! Not really so much a requirement as a polite request. Be cool, mkay?
