Peace In The Historic East Nashville (Hummus Pizza) from Italia.
Homemade hummus, tomatoes, onions, basil, and vegan Daiya mozzarella.
My roommate was having a bad day so I decided to lift her spirits and get us pizza from one of the best places in town that also happens to have daiya cheese. I’ve tried almost all of their pizzas but had yet to try hummus pizza. Once in Baltimore, I had a falafel pizza so I figured I’d give it a shot. Even though it may seem weird to put hummus on pizza this was insanely tasty and had a good texture and highly recommend trying this place or making your own. No pizza sauce, just hummus with the veggies and the “cheese” on top.
I added a little sriracha and their garlic vegetable spread which is also vegan.
