barefoot-elephants asked: I'm sure you answer this all the time, but there are sooooo many cheeses - how do I know which one to use? I'm looking for something that will be really melty (I actually want it for grilled cheese sammiches... but I probably may try it on pizza too). So melty cheese- which one?
